In my practice, I bring an engaging blend of talk therapy and dynamic memory processing that truly gets to the heart of your experiences. I’ve seen firsthand how diving into past memories can unlock powerful insights, and I’m here to guide you on that journey at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we'll dig deep to uncover what really deserves your attention, while also identifying practical solutions to move forward tailored just for you. My aim is to boost your internal awareness and spark meaningful, lasting change in your life. I strive to offer a warm, supportive environment where you can feel understood and respected. My work is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), strengths-based practices, and a person-centered approach. I am also trauma-informed and sensitive to the ways past experiences shape present emotions, behaviors, and relationships. I love working with children and adolescents—supporting them as they learn to express themselves, navigate big feelings, build confidence, and make sense of the world around them.
In addition to traditional therapeutic modalities, I enjoy incorporating expressive arts to help young people and adults explore their experiences in creative, engaging, and non-intimidating ways.
Whether you’re managing anxiety, stress, life transitions, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I tailor our work to your individual needs and goals. My hope is to help you develop meaningful skills, strengthen resilience, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and fulfilling.

I am now offering weekday evening sessions. Many of us appear to be functioning on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck inside. Life can bring anxiety, depression, trauma, identity-related stress, or major life transitions, often carrying the weight of intersecting roles, expectations, and lived experiences. I offer a safe, validating space where you don't have to go through these experiences alone. I am here to support you in finding relief from your symptoms while also building greater clarity, self-trust, healthier boundaries, and a more grounded life.
I offer a genuinely safe, affirming space where you can show up as your full self—messy thoughts, big feelings, and all. No fixing, no pretending, no “shoulds.” This is a space where you you can be yourself. Together, we untangle what’s weighing on you, make sense of your experiences and identities, and build coping tools that actually work in real life.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying more than you can name, you don’t have to hold it alone. Therapy can be a safe space where every part of you belongs, self-compassion grows, and hard things feel lighter—at a pace that feels right for you. When you're ready I invite to take that next step towards connection and support.
